Marketing Opportunities

• Retail Risk 2009 will include a limited exhibition area where vendors will be able to demonstrate their products/solutions during the registration, tea and lunch breaks and during the closing cocktail party. This will enable valuable networking and information exchange to take place between delegates, speakers and vendors and will make the conference an excellent marketing opportunity for vendors to position their retail products/solutions to this focused audience.
• The July 2009 edition of Hi-Tech Security Solutions will feature 'Security in the retail sector'. This feature will include an overview of Retail Risk 2009 thereby extending the valuable insights from this conference to the broader audience of Hi-Tech Security Solutions. The Retail Risk 2009 sponsorship packages include advertising in the July issue of Hi-Tech Security Solutions.
• Sponsorship packages include pre- and post-conference promotion and branding at the conference.

Includes the following:
Pre-conference promotion

• Company name, logo and 100 word description, on the Retail Risk website (www.retailrisk.co.za). The platinum sponsor’s branding will be placed at the top of the list of sponsors.
• Company name & logo in the Retail Risk print advert which will be published in the April and May issues of Hi-Tech Security Solutions (provided sponsorship is confirmed before the production deadline).
• Company name and logo (hyperlinked to your own website) to be included on the e-mail invitations which will be sent out as part of the extensive conference marketing campaign. Over 20 000 e-mails will be sent out during the marketing campaign.
• Platinum sponsor may invite 3 clients or staff members to attend the conference at no charge.
• Additional delegate bookings at 25% discount.

Branding at the conferences

• Prime tabletop display 3 m x 1 m plus 2 pull-up banners. (No heavy-duty equipment, due to venue restrictions.)
• 2 (2 m x 1 m) pull-up banners to be displayed in the registration foyer and then in the restaurant area where lunch will be served.
• 2 brochure inserts in the delegate bags.
• A conference CD will be produced which will include each presentation as well as additional, relevant reference information on retail security issues. Each delegate will be given a CD for their future reference. Sponsor company name, logo and brief company description will be included in the CD.

Post-conference promotion

• 2 x A4 Full Colour pages in the "Security in the retail sector" feature to be published inthe July 2009 issue of Hi-Tech Security Solutions. These pages may be advertising or a company profile according to your own marketing requirements.
